Natural Lifetime Warranty

All ECHO rods are covered by their policy over the natural life of the product for the original owner at the discretion of Rajeff Sports. Rods that are determined to be damaged by abuse or neglect, either by physical or environmental factors (saltwater, mold, etc) are not covered by ECHO’s warranty policy.

Guarantee Quality & reliability

Rajeff Sports / ECHO Fly Fishing & BalticFlyFisher reserve the right to update and change this policy at any time. ECHO understands that every situation is unique and strive to stand by their products and guarantee quality, performance and reliability. Accidents happen, and ECHO wants you to have options to get back on the water. Quality control and manufacturing inconsistencies also happen, though rarely, and ECHO wants to make sure they do everything in their power to get them corrected.

REPLACE

If your rod breaks, ECHO will replace your rod section or tip for a service fee (fee level differs by rod model) while the rod is a currently produced model. If your rod is a discontinued model and is not replaceable, you will be offered a current equivalent replacement model at 50% off the RRP.

EUROPE

European customers should submit warranty claims to BalticFlyfisher.

WHO AND WHAT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY

All ECHO rods are covered by the warranty for the original owner. Service covers all manufacturing inconsistencies, incidental damage, or anything that is keeping your ECHO rod from performing in a fish-able manner.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY ENTAIL

The Warranty covers the natural life of the product. What’s this mean? If your product fails due to wear and tear from regular use over the years, then ECHO would politely request you consider purchasing a new rod from your local Dealer.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE: WARRANTY & REPAIR

While ECHO often uses the terms interchangeably since it all goes through their warranty department, there is a slight distinction: Warranties cover all manufacturing inconsistencies and defects. Repairs cover incidental breakages.

WHAT IF MY ROD IS DISCONTINUED

If you have a discontinued rod that is not repairable, and your repair/warranty issue is due to incidental breakage, you may be eligible to purchase a new equivalent model at a discount. This service is offered on a case-by-case basis. Select your model from the warranty submission page to determine your options.

CAN I GET A DIFFERENT MODEL ROD INSTEAD

ECHO does not offer an exchange service for warranty rods. In the rare instance where you are using a discontinued model ECHO no longer has parts for, ECHO will substitute the closest current model as your replacement.

HOW DO I PAY

Warranty/repair fees will be collected after your warranty claim has been received, inspected, and processed. BALTICFLYFISHER will contact you after your warranty claim is completed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE

Balticflyfisher processes all received warranty claims within a few days. This can vary based on a number of unpredictable factors, but 2-3 days is the average. During busy times, processing could take up to a few weeks. If this is the case, BALTICFLYFISHER sincerely apologises in advance. In the case ECHO is out of the parts needed and have more on the way, your repair may be delayed for up to a few weeks (this does not happen very often).
